HƯỚNG DẪN VIẾT BÀI LUẬN CHO DẠNG CÂU HỎI “Agree or Disagree” TRONG PHẦN THI IELTS WRITING TEST TASK 2

1. CẤU TRÚC CỦA BÀI LUẬN

– Đoạn văn 1- Mở bài (Introduction)

+ Câu văn 1- Viết lại đề bài theo cách diễn giải khác

+ Câu văn 2- Nêu lên luận điểm (Thesis statement)

+ Câu văn 3- Nói tóm tắt về luận điểm

Thông thường, bạn có thể viết gộp câu 2&3 thành 1 câu duy nhất. Tuy nhiên, nếu khả năng viết một câu phức (combined sentence) của bạn hạn chế, bạn nên viết rõ thành thành 2 câu riêng biệt.

– Đoạn văn 2- Đoạn văn mô tả ý 1 (Supporting Paragraph 1)

+ Câu văn 4- Câu chủ đề (Topic Sentence)

+ Câu văn 5- Giải thích câu chủ đề (Explain Topic Sentence)

+ Câu văn 6- Câu ví dụ (Example)

+ Câu văn 7- Câu nhượng bộ (Concession Sentence)

– Đoạn văn 3- Đoạn văn mô tả ý 2 (Supporting Paragraph 2)

2. CÁCH XÁC ĐỊNH Ý TƯỞNG CHO BÀI LUẬN

Tham khảo đề bài sau và xác định những ý tưởng mà bạn sẽ liệt kê ra trước khi chọn một vài ý trong số đó để viết bài luận.

In some countries an increasing number of people are suffering from health problems as a result of eating too much fast food. It is therefore necessary for governments to impose a higher tax on this kind of food.

3. VIẾT PHẦN MỞ BÀI (Introduction)

+ Câu văn 1- Paraphrase Question

It is argued that governments should levy a tariff on junk food because the number of health risks associated with consuming this kind of food is on the rise.

It is agreed that a higher rate of tax should be paid by fast food companies.

Higher excise on liqueur and cigarettes has proven to be successful at curbing the harm caused by these substances.

This revenue has been used to treat health problems associated with these products, has proven useful in advertising campaigns warning people about the dangers of alcohol and tobacco abuse and tax from fast food could be used in the same way.

In conclusion, junk food should be taxed at a higher rate because of the good precedent set by alcohol and tobacco and the fact that the increased cost should reduce the amount of fast food people buy.

Finally, it is predicted that with the ever increasing health problems associated with obesity, governments are sure to introduce some kind of ‘fat tax’ in the near future.
